Very happy with the quality of the product I received !

The delivery of the rug was flawless. The rug looked far better in person than on line. I couldn’t be happier with the product and the service.

Rug is beautiful, delivery went as planned.

The rug was as described. Dimensions are accurate. Packaging was good. I’ve bought the brand before with confidence. Still has roll indentations, however, after many weeks of lying flat. It will, hopefully, fully relax over time.

Beautiful rug! Very thick and plush. Lovely pattern! It said it was burgundy but it was more crimson in color But that said we love it. Highly recommend. We will be back!

The shipment was evidently lost in transit on 1st attempt so there was a delay in receiving. However, customer service was responsive to the issue and I receive what was ordered and very pleased with quality and price.

Beautiful rug, great price!

Rug was shipped with only one layer of plastic wrapping. Plastic wrapping torn at edges and black oily dirt stained on rug edges. Inner cardboard tubing also broken in half; apparent of rough transit. Expect much more protection to be provided to your products, than this. Shipped product fast and we are happy with our purchase- just not having to clean it before even using it.

Area rug was delivered as promised and is beautiful. Appreciated the free rug mat that was included; however that style of rug mat doesn’t work well with wood floors. Having an image of the rug mat would have been helpful so that we could order a different style when we ordered the rug and not have to wait to roll out the rug. Not a complaint, just a suggestion!

Rug studio came through after I had to postpone our delivery and were very helpful trying to accommodate our schedule. They were also very easy to communicate with and would get back to me immediately.

The whole experience was well handled. Unfortunately you had no control over FedEx delivery time of 14 days.. however rug arrived in good condition.
